Silver Solder
There`ll be many electronic goodies in your household which have components within them that have been soldered together. The art of soldering dates back thousands of years believe it or not and soldering techniques have been used by generations over the years. Today the electronics industry relies on Silver Solder to join key wires together in a host of electronic consumables. Moreover, the computer industry uses Silver Solder on printed circuit boards that go into making their powerful PCs. However there are other industries that utilise this versatile material and plumbing is one trade that sometimes uses Silver Solder on pipe work. Copper pipes can be pieced together and then fixed in fusion with the solder and should they need to be dismantled in the future the soldeer can be reheated and it will melt allowing the process to be reversed. Indeed, the popularity of solder seems to hold no bounds and jewellers can repair silver jewellery items using soldering techniques. Quantities of solder can be bought through suppliers of metal products and they can provide solder bars, wire, pots and irons to customers throughout the world. The suppliers are equally happy to cater for small orders as they are to sell items in bulk.

Ipaf Training
People that embark on International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) training courses are taught how to use scissor lifts, cherry pickers and other kinds of powered access equipment in a safe and sensible manner. Comprehensive Ipaf Training is carried out at dedicated training centres or it can also be conducted at a site of the customer`s choosing just as long as equipment is available that meets with set standards. Specifiic Ipaf Training courses can be completed by operators who will use access equipment whilst out on site. Typically these courses are completed over the space of one-day and they will contain theory and practical elements. Hire firms that provide access equipment for clients have to ensure their employees attend Ipaf Training courses. Equipment of this nature can be dangerous in the wrong hands and detailed training needs to be completed in the correct usage of the machinery. With a high level of training an operator can become well-versed in the usage of this kind of access equipment and they`ll be able to use it in the correct manner whilst out on site. Once the training is completed operators are issued with a powered access licence which proves they are competent enough to use machinery of this nature.

Glass Lifts
I work in an office in the city centre of Manchester and the surroundings are really lovely. There are Glass Lifts on the outside of the building and a huge central atrium. Everybody loves working there and, when we get in the Glass Lifts at the beginning and the end of the day, we can see that we are the envy of other office workers in the city. However, although the Glass Lifts look very beautiful, we all agree that we would not like to be in them if they broke down. Imagine being on display for who knows how long to the entire city centre! Seriously, not only is our working environment very pleasant, the entire staff are great fun as well and we have great social evenings out together almost every weekend. Last week we went out to a new cocktail bar in the city and then went on to a new Mexican restaurant that had a singer to entertain us throughout. Usually, I do not like this kind of thing but this restaurant was great aqnd the food was absolutely delicious. We all had a great time and had loads to talk about in the office on Monday.
